Maintenance - Assemblies - Spare parts distribution

Our assembly and maintenance work will take place as usual under safety precautions (protective suits, masks). You are welcome to contact your nearest service partner for installation or maintenance, which you can find on our homepage via the search. The employees in sales, spare parts sales and service can be reached under the known telephone numbers or e-mail addresses, partly in the home office and partly in the office.

We would like to point out that regular maintenance of your STRATE sewage pumping stations largely eliminates possible malfunctions. Regular professional service by STRATE service technicians or STRATE service partners reduces damage and consequential costs.

 We recommend a maintenance cycle of at least once a year.

8.2. Maintenance

Sewage pumping stations must be serviced regularly by a specialist for this purpose. 

The intervals must not be longer than:

• ¼ Year for installation in commercial operations

• ½ Year for installation in multi-family dwellings

• 1 year for installations in detached houses

8.3. Maintenance contract

The pump station operators are recommended to conclude a maintenance contract for the maintenance and repair work to be carried out regularly.
